The International Changing Perspectives Short Film Festival accepts the titles with new perspectives and appreciates discoveries with fresh views. Every year festival deals with global topics and themes such as identity, borders, migration, cultural dialogue, environment, urbanism, dystopia and utopia, cultural exchange, generation by choosing a different focus subject every year. As a ‘take away” event, the festival starts in Istanbul with a week program and continues throughout the year at different cities and places around the world.

Along with the screenings,  the theme of the festival  is discussed with the traditional screening, workshops, exhibitions, and Q&A sessions.

General Information:

ICPSFF is an international take-away film festival dealing with the topic of cultural exchange. The festival will start in Istanbul with a week-long program. Over the following year, there will be other screenings in various European cities. Filmmakers will be invited, and academic panel discussions on the topic of cultural exchange will be held.  As part of  Katadrom Arts, Culture and Social Politics Association, ICPSFF aims to stimulate artistic and cultural creativity. Its special aim is to provide a platform for young critical filmmakers who deal with the wide variation of cultural exchange and social issues.  Katadrom Arts, Culture and Social Politics Association is the founder and organizer of the International Changing Perspectives Short Film Festival. The festival is carried out by Katadrom’s directors and a group of workers and volunteers.
