3rd edition of the International Changing Short Film Festival will be held on 24 – 26 April 2015 in Istanbul, Turkey and will be continue after Istanbul in several cities and countries around the world with the support of the Katadrom partners.
As a take-away festival, the films in the program can be screened all around the world, during the year, after Istanbul screenings. Last year festival took place in Berlin, Sofia, Oldenburg and Klagenfurt.
